SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to estimate the delivery day. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We currently offer UPS Ground Shipping calculated with order.

Please note - if domestic orders are not claimed a RTS fee will be deducted from your refund
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order.

LOST PACKAGES:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.
We require that you select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone can receive your package directly.
WRONG ADDRESS:
If you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order the responsibility is with the customer to locate their package.
Please note that if your items are being shipped back to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped to you, you will be issued a refund less the initial shipment charge.

RETURN POLICY
Thank you for Shopping at Fred Black, we hope you loved your selections but if not here is our return policy.
All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns processed after the Return Period will not be processed. Please email returns@fredblackstore.com with any concerns and always include your order number in the subject line of your email.
Please return the items in its original packing to eliminate the risk of damage to the item while in transit. Improperly packaged or damaged items will not be accepted and not eligible for refund.
We cannot guarantee returns sent using a shipping method other than the label we provided by Fred Black.
To be eligible for return, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving, new, not worn, altered, or washed. This means in the item’s original condition and with all FRED BLACK and designer garment tags still attached. Merchandise returned with missing or damaged components without out original tags attached will NOT be accepted and will be sent back and deemed ineligible for refund.
A refund is NOT guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing anything, and/or shows signs of wear.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, whether or not advertised as the same in-store or on Fred Black’s website. If sale items are returned, they will be sent back to the customer.
Additionally, repeated returns made by customers will be monitored and your account may be suspended.
Once the return is received, please allow 14 business days for processing time. Once your return items have been determined to be compliant with our return policy, your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation with the return details. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment method; please allow 14 business days for the amount to post back into your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
In store returns and exchanges may only be made at the Miami Beach location.
If you are deciding whether to keep an item, please adhere to Fred Black’s policy and take extra care with respect to the following:
Swimwear – ALL swimwear must be only tried with your panties on for sanitary purposes and compliance with regulations governing the sanitary storage of garments. ALL returned merchandise must be in “AS-RECEIVED” condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used, or in other than “as received” condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used, or in other than received condition, they will be returned to the customer.
Jewelry - All Jewelry is final sale
Bags – Please carefully handle all light-colored bags with caution as dark clothing and denim can transfer dye to light colored goods.
Colors – We have made every effort to display the colors of our products accurately on the Fred Black Website.
However, as all technology is not the same and we cannot guarantee your device is 100% representing the color accurately.
All merchandise is quality inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please email returns@fredblackstore.com immediately and include your order number in the subject line.
