Amanda's love for fashion drives her mission to create a shopping experience that will inspire the most discerning clientele. She believes clothes allow you to express yourself and give the world a window into who you are. 

She developed an eye for spotting trends while working in New York City accessories sector for multi-brand showrooms and shopping trends in Europe. She has created the store to be the ultimate resource for clientele to find their signature style. Amanda brings her personal panache to the store with her carefully curated edit of apparel, accessories, host gifts, and seasonal art installations from her own art collection. Fred Black is setting new standards for style on the ever-changing electric Miami Beach. 

Beyond Fred Black, Amanda is an ardent supporter of the arts and has an extensive art collection that includes emerging talent and established favorites. 

When Amanda is not running the NYC marathon, skiing the slopes of Aspen, or chasing her 3-year-old son, she is whipping up innovative healthy cuisine for family and friends. Trained at The Natural Gourmet Institute, she has passion for innovating healthy and delicious recipes. Her love for food inspired her to be an advocate for the healthy school lunch program in New York City and to support local organizations that promote healthy eating.
